HOW DO I ORDER A CAKE
Fill out our order enquiry form under the "contact us" tab, or fill in the general enquiry form.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER
3 weeks notice is preferable, however, we cannot guarantee that this timeframe will secure you a spot. We advice that you place your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. For short notice orders, we may be able to squeeze in a couple each week depending on our schedule, so be sure to ask!
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY DESIRED DATE?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all orders to secure your desired date. A bigger deposit may be requested for larger orders or wedding cakes. Please note that nothing is booked in until your deposit is received, and the availability of your requested date will be based on first come first serve basis.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Deposits are to be paid via bank transfer. The remaining amount is to be paid by cash upon pick up, or via bank transfer 3 days before your order date. For orders that require delivery, the full payment is required via bank transfer, before delivery will be made.
HOW DO I STORE MY CAKE
Please keep all cakes well refrigerated and bring them to room temperature for at least an hour before serving.
DO I PICK UP OR DO YOU DELIVER?
Both options are available! Pick up is from at Lightsview, 5085 SA.
Delivery can be organised with advance notice, charges start from $40. Ask us for a delivery quote.
HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY CAKE
All cake collections will require 2 people. Please bring a friend or family member with you when you pick up your cake.
Our tiered cakes are secured with dowels for stability. However extra care is still required while transporting these cakes. Make sure the cake is placed on a level surface during the journey, ie. the floorboard of the car or the boot of a SUV.
